A Fortune 500 insurance
organization was looking for a way to deal with fundamental
structural changes in their organization, and integration of all
their diverse financial services to provide their customers with
a single “point of contact” with the company. This required
and enormous re-education effort to allow all their employees to
understand the interelationship and synergies of their products.
INNER EDGE worked as
part of a team of more than 50 facilitators to conduct large
scale meetings for 200 - 500 people to look at the coming
changes, and learn how to make it work.
The process was successfully completed for
over 5000 employees in about 2 years, and has resulted in a new,
integrated financial services company.
